Hidetoshi Oneda, writer/director
After graduating from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, he joined Japanese advertising giant Dentsu, Inc., in 1992. He began as a print ad Art Director, but after winning the Grand Prix at the Mainichi Advertising Design Awards the same year, his superiors encouraged him to work on television commercials. He also was one of Dentsu's first Creative Directors to create advertising for interactive media.
His main clients were Toyota Motor Corporation, where he directed 14 “bB” spots (known in the U.S. market the as the Scion Xb), and The Coca-Cola (Japan) Company, where he directed spots and assisted in the product development of a calcium fortified children's drink called “Cal-King.”
In 2001, he served as a jury member of the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. Though he may occasionally do TV spots, he left Dentsu in 2002 to focus on directing non-commercial films.

Frank Mele, producer
A graduate of the USC School of Cinema-Television, Frank has made a career producing a wide range of material in a variety of mediums. As a filmmaker, working with young writers and directors, Frank has produced a number of short films which played and/or won festivals at Cannes, Austin, Taos, Chicago, Palm Springs, Berlin, and Deauville. In television, he worked as part of the production team on HBO's “Curb Your Enthusiasm” as well as an executive producer developing reality shows for children's cable networks Noggin & Nickelodeon.
In recent years, Frank helped to found the commercial and music video production house Ocean Monsters, a boutique shop that has built a name for its cutting edge style. He is currently in post-production on his first feature film, “Special,” starring Michael Rapaport (True Romance) and Josh Peck (Mean Creek).

Erik Tomasson, director of photography
Erik Tomasson graduated from Art Center College of Design in 1996. He was immediately represented as a director of photography by Smith, Gosnell, and Nicholson. Over the next two years he worked with an impressive list of directors shooting mainly commercials and music videos. In 1998, he moved to Toronto and became an on staff DP for Partners Film where he shot over 40 commercials for the company. In 2001, Erik moved back to LA as a freelance DP and continued to shoot for companies such as Disney, Toyota, and Coca-cola, and Taco Bell to name a few. In 2002, Erik relocated again to Iceland where he abruptly started to shift his focus away from motion picture and more towards photography. Erik is currently living in San Francisco shooting both as a photographer and a director of photography.
